Driving high

Eh, I guess I shouldn't say caught.

I was basically just sitting in my car, with a couple of friends, after skiing, in a parking lot at about midnight when a police officer pulls up behind me and turns on his blinding light. Kinda paranoid as I was, I started driving away thinking he was only checking for people having sex, until I hear "stop the car". So I roll down the window and explain to him why I started pulling away, that I had just been skiing and we're just returning home. Not only did the situation scream "hotbox", but I fit the demographic of a pot smoker (teenager, guy, long-ish hair), it was just intense having a discussion with a PO when blazed. Probably the only reason I didn't get busted was I had two innocent looking girls with me who definitely didn't fit the stereotypical demographic of a pot smoker.

And THAT is what I believe to be a huge flaw in the justice system.

That's why you take stoplight rips. I always used to smoke a joint in the passenger seat, and my buddy driving would only take a rip at a stoplight, so we started calling it a stop light rip.

Driving is sick when your high, that and some good music, keep the music your playing a loud band, or some good rap. Don't listen to the toned down shit till at home, that's what can cause an accident.

I have never attempted to roll while driving. Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. For smoking bowls sometimes I have my friend take the wheel while I spark the bowl. I don't do it on busy streets, only areas I am comfortable with.

I avoid it. If I'm really blasted, I won't do it no matter what. I'm okay when I drive a little stoned, but I always tend to go a bit slower than usual.

What's truly dumb (and many people I know do it) is hitting bowls in broad daylight while you're rolling around in the whip. A lot of said people don't realize it's retarded, at least in this area, until they get busted red(green)handed toking while driving.

dont really like to drive high, but i love being a pasanger with friends and being high. idk its just awsome movin fast and not really doin a whole lot but chillin. unlike the driver that has to pay attention

driving high is amazing, i live near ottawa, and this winter we got a tonn of snow, so i got to test my driving high in snowstorms, the snowflakes look just crazy when your high and driving, live going through space, but man you need to be damn fcuking carful, keep some cocacola around incase you are too high.
I also have read some studies that show that driving while talking on your cell phone is more dangerous than driving drunk

FIRST TIME I GOT HIGH

The first time i got high i had to drive across a fuckin causway! (that would be a upside down U type bridge). I swear i was abour to rocket off that son of a bitch straight into space! the whole way up my heart was pumpin and i was sweating lol! when i got to the top and realized i was goin down, it felt like i was goin down a ski slope!

It can be fun, but ya gotta be careful and snap out of it lol

I usually roll passenger or backseat, but we always toke in the car. For blunts, we just park somewhere real quick, roll it up, spark it and then continue driving.

With pipes, we're careful on the main/busy roads, and at night. During the day you literally have to be next to someone's car to see them toking it, especially drivers. They don't have time to look into other people's car and what they're doing if they're focused on the road.

Be careful at night though, because the flame of the lighter will bring so much attention to your car. Imagine a normal dark night, just cruising along, when this light sparks up out of nowhere out of the corner of your eye. It's natural to see what it is, so you turn and see someone rippin' it. I get the giggles when I see n00bs doing it :P

under no circumstance is it EVER ok to drive while under the influence of ANYTHING. its always a risk and its a risk that involves those around you not just yourself. driving high in my opinion is the same as driving drunk. after all you are intoxicated on something and you are not at 100%.

pots the only thing that actually makes me drive normal, and follow the laws of the road. when im sober or not ridin dirty ill fuck with cops so much. ill be doin 80 down a 40 with tons of cops on it not even caring. i passed 5 tahoe cops the other day doin 75, and they didnt even turn around to get me.

when im stoned i do the speed limit, and just drive much safer.

I try to avoid it as much as possible. If we're driving my car I'll ask my friends to drive since they drive blazed all the time but if I'm alone and it's not a long drive and it's in the country it's ok. I hate driving in the city sober so I couldn't imagine doing it stoned.

whatabout if you drive after drinking one beer? youre not intoxicated but youre not necessarily 100%. its legal to drive with a BAC up to .08, so under certain circumstances, yes, it is ok to drive while under the influence. so whats the difference with being mildly high?
