A bad high

About 5 minutes after I smoked a bowl last night i started becoming short of breath, a little light headed, and had a mad twinge in my stomach. This has never happened before and I kinda think that theres somethin in the weed. It was a terrible feeling that lasted for about an hour, but then it wore off and i felt a normal high.

I smoked a little less this earlier and I had the same feelings just not nearly as strong. Anybody know whats goin on?

Oh, and I was really paranoid and freakin out

I used to get paranoid and had to quit for awhile...i felt as if my throat was closing off etc.

Or I would think about it too much.

I was very paranoid and had the throat closing off feeling like I couldn't breathe. I was afraid that I might stop breathing and pass out.

lol I think it's just paranoia...it happened bad to me...I kept thinking about it...it got worse and worse.

Try to think of something else...remember it's in your head, and try to relax.

That's pretty common and it sounds like you just had a body high. by chance were you smoking sativa?

to stoned for the situation. very common and im sure everyone on this board can attest to getting what me and a buddy like to call "uncomfortably high". leads into panic attacks and the such if your not experienced enough to deal with the symptoms or your tolerance is low and the high/setting is unexpected.

yea... you prolly just had a big body high. this happened to me last night was freaking out for like an hour. it sucks when it happens but always makes a good high XD

^ word, some people like gnar body highs though. but there's nothing like functioning on a whacked out mind high and body high simultaneously making toast.

anyway, it may have been your weed or you may have just gotten too high, either way you should smoke slower and take smaller hits so you aren't all of a sudden stoned out of your mind and panicking. just an idea

Get that weed and normal weed. Have somebody label them so that they know which is which, but you don't. Smoke both. If you feel bad after just the weed that made you sick, give it to a hobo.

Thanks all. I was smokin weed btw. I guess i'll just smokethe rest in little bowls. I wish i could post a pic but its REALLY dense and when i try to break it apart, it gets all mashed because its so soft. VERY sticky too, like resin-sticky. My boy did say it was really good shit, but i guess i'm more of a "head high" rather than a body high person.

Today i smoked for first time in a month, .8 of some fine shit, it felt like i was in a painting and I cood hear my heart baeting. Evrything was almost animated and shit was shaking. It was mad funny, but it was annoyin after a while. I like the chilled back happy highs better, ny1 no wut kinda weed this cood b?

The indica highs are most often described as a pleasant body buzz. Indicas are great for relaxation, stress relief, and for an overall sense of calm and serenity --- chill and makes you really tired / good for before bed
