insomnia
i find myself staying up till about 4 in the morning every night. if its not insomnia, its the closest thing to it.
its a bitch. any advice with this? i dont want to take sleeping pills; dont want to risk dependency. please help Last edited by Mr.Tree; 07-07-2008 at 01:14 AM. |

You sleep cycle is prolly just really messed up. Don't take the sleeping pills yet. What I recommened if you forgo sleep (not using drugs like cocaine or speed btw) for 1 day, and just wait until the next night and sleep at a proper time (eg.10pm).... its similar to overcoming jetlag.
You'd be really tired for one day, but readjust your sleep cycle around to a better time.

Two days ago,
I had been up for 26 hours with out sleep. It was rediculous, you will reach a point and you feel fine. It's very weird. I've never had insomnia like that before. It got intense. |

I go to bed at 3 or 4 every night but thats just because its summer and i have no shit to do or responsibilities. You're sleep cycle will straighten out once you find something that forces you to wake up earlier like school or work.
