is it possible to make a homemade shake and vape vaporizer?

i saw one of these on a link from yahooka's main page and it caught my attention. has anyone ever made one of these from scratch and if so how?

it looks pretty cool and also looks like a step up from the light bulb vaporizer i made last time.

this is where i saw it: EAGLE BILL VAPORIZERS

only thing i see that i don't like about it is the screen at the top letting vapor through instead of trapping it all until you're ready. any ideas to improve on the design are welcome because i'll probably end up trying to make one if no one here has anyway.

Same concept as a crack/meth pipe. Boil the contents allow the chemicals to be free(free base) and inhale the vapors. I wouldn't reccomend that as a good vape really, I'd say its the same as a beaker with a rubber stopper(two wholes) and one glass tube. No temp control but with practise a thing like that could be useful for the money.

Eagle Bill Vape = A less destructable light bulb.

Alternatively, you could buy a heat gun for about $25-30 at a hardware store and a nice glass bong, and then have a vape-bong and a...bong.

this made me lol. anyways i've made plenty of the light bulb sort and i'm just looking for something new. what i'm thinking about doing is getting a small clear glass vase and drilling a hole in the side to allow for airflow. then i'll just tape the hole (or rig up something to cover it) put the green down the throat and proceed to vaporize. i'll probably end up putting several layers of athletic tape around the throat to help with handling while hot and by proxy add a little support for durability. my only problem i see running into is finding a vase with thin enough glass so that it doesn't take a year to heat up the THC.

on a side note unrelated to the vaporizer itself i've found that kief is a much better option for vaporizing because it's quicker and imho *slightly* cleaner adding to the vaporizers already good reputation for being easy on the lungs.

i don't get down like that. i'd rather spend my money on some green instead of buying a perfectly good bulb just to destroy it.
