Using a 2L bottle, and a computer 80mm heatsink fan, using the fan to draw air from the lit bowl blowing towards the mouth piece, is this a good idea or no?

i dont think the fan will pull enough air to actually milk the bong or anything.
i guess it could be rigged to work, make one and test it.

wow then you could be attached to your computer all the time, get a computer operated vaporizer too one that hooks up to you USB port!

I perfer to smoke out of doors myself but I understand what you are thinking and keep doing it!

I've made the bong, just have to try it now, on account of laying low from parents and girlfriend, i have to do it while everyone's away, so i'll let you guys know how well it does.

I took a 2L cut it near the bottom and cut 8 small holes near in the bottle, taking zip ties i ran them through the small holes and ran the zip ties through the holes in the fan's corners, zip tying the fan down, i took the bottom and taped it back to the 2L and it seems to be pretty decent with just a flame held to the bowl, pulls enough air without me sucking in to pull the flame into the bowl.

I had a bong idea once. The idea was to somehow put a disc that emitted helium durring taking a rip, cuz for some reason I thought that'd be hilarious. Then I realized...Helium is flamable...

Not trying to be a dick here but helium is not flammable at all. It is what existing blimps use partly because it is safe. The older ones had hydrogen which was both lighter and combustible. Infact, with the Hindenburg (you've pictured) the stuff was so unprdictable that they cannot rule out static electricity as its cause.
