I've been lurking for several weeks as I began my first grow. Lots of great info here! Now I have some specific questions that are not addressed in archives so I'm jumping into the grow forum.

I really appreciate everyones willingness to share their growing tips!

I found yahooka somewhere in my extensive search for all things cannabis related. I'm here because I think this is a good place to get to know some like-minded people. I also hope someone can give me advice that will set me on the right path to gaining employment in the drug policy reform arena.

I came here because I live in a really conservative town and just can't talk to anyone about it. I was 28 when I decided it was time. My pot smoking wife was totally against it since she liked her "innocent" man. Ha! Now I am an official ganj-o-phile!

I joined to research growing. My cousins and uncles are really into it, they have a patch somewhere. My dad used to be a huge pothead but my mom is the only one holding him back...

Looking for some like-minded friends to hook up with. Been smokin' 30+ years in Michigan, moved to Arizona (Phoenix -East Valley) last year and have had a hell of a time connecting.
I work out of my house, which makes it even tougher, so I turned to some internet groups to meet some peeps. Worked out well, but finding folks like us hasn't appeared real easy, so here I am at Yahooka

In some ways, life was sure easier in the "old days". Anybody out there???

hi everyone I've just found this site I have m.s. and use cannabis for medicine and have done for the past 5 or 6 years and I have had great results. It's still not legal here but theres the first reading this month for a law change with our goverment, fingers crossed

well, a freind and i have just purchased the necessary kit to start growing, i dont remember how i found Yahooka (wonder why that is?) but after checking it out i figure its a pretty cool place, and somewhere to get help, (what with us being new to the growing game).

so, i expect i'll be on here quite a bit over the following months begging for help.

I don't remember much about what I was doing when I joined but I do remember it was because I really liked the inquiring minds forum. I guess I was one of those 100+ guests who were ghosting that forum. I remember Miami Toker was whoring his pics up there all the time and I was thinking what a great community this place is. Flamingnun was living up to his name and Weedwax and deadhead were e-thugging the noobs and I knew I'd never get bored here. And I never have.
