I am an extremely active mountain athlete who couldn't take a full breath without a hippy speedball(coffee&pot). Anyplace I can support and share that I do.

Newbie here
First post. I live in liberal San Francisco. I'm female, old hippie, with longing to engage again in growing activities. Years ago was quite successful with my indoor garden 'til "sh*t hit the fan" and all was lost. Now I'm again in a space that cries for an indoor garden. My first step (inclination) was to get a medical use permit, but alas, here in SF I don't qualify, as I do not have documentation of on-going issues with pain. Sooo, maverick that I am, I'm willing to take my chances given my assessment of present conditions. This site might further my interests, as I cannot afford to go to Holland to acquire White Widow clones. Yes, I'm informed myself of current popularities, but presently stymied in how to proceed. It'll take me a few visits to get better acquainted with the haps and peeps here, but initially I'm delighted to have found the site and hope it supports my ambition to become again an indoor grower. Any suggestions for how to familiarize myself with site, etc., are welcome. Oh - benefits from using marijuana: better than booze.

How To's - is there a live chat line? Guidance to this newbie welcome. Not yet sure where messages "go". So far, I've seen lots "cute" and "clever", but still looking for practical. Takes time, I know, to "weed out" the down and dirty, or as Bessie Smith sang, "Just lookin' for a hotdog for my bun".

Just sitting here playing hooky from work doing bongs and playing with my computer. I was looking up piss test,I typed in pass piss tests, and here I am. I have been smoking weed since I was 9 years old. I have severe exema. When I was little I was on benedryl which was perscription only then. Well I got addicted to them because of my itching broke out skin(which I still have to this day.  So my mom took away the downers and handed me a joint and it helped mellow me out and I started healing up. My mom took me to the doctor shortly there after and he noticed I was better, and already knew that mom already got high. He put 2 and 2 together and told her that whatever she was doing to make me better ,that she should keep it up! Well I am 40 now and I am still getting high...31 years now. My bong is my best freind it's always there for me to make me feel better. I have a really good boyfreind, he is a biker. I on the other hand am a hippie. Always have been always will be... I am sure this place will be a really fun,new,and interesting experience for me it's nice to hang out with your own type of people! Hello and I am looking forward to checking the place out.Peace

Because the alternative's worse
I'm here, because we've found out that cooking/smoking > my girlfriends social anxiety. She's better when she's had a cookie or two, or had a bong rip or three. I'd do anything to have her happy and laughing, and this plant has done that better than any "medical prescription" has done in the last 8 years+. And it's really cool to get blazed and just hang out with friends/go to dinner.

I have been ah smoking this terrible herb for @ 40 years now and i had to take my 1st drug test..yea it took 'em that long ..PIGS...i was looking for methods for passing....Thanks for the info on this sight I passed...I stopped a week before drank about 2 qts of water and 2 64 oz. of gatoraid every day and 32 oz just before i went to see my P.O....so i came back to this sight and joined. also i thought it was a good free b.day present...lets all light up and help celebrate my 59 of life and 40 of the good herb..happy happy to everyone else who is doing the same
