I have confiscated a small quantity of marijuana from him, and he has been suitably punished.

I'm wondering whether it might be best to disown my son. He's 16 and old enough to be expected to take responsibility for his actions.

He drinks beer when he goes to parties as well. He's not 20, so is breaking the law. I get very cross when he comes home smelling of beer.
