What up! Looks like a cool forum. Can anyone tell me if you can use a microscope to view the colors of the Trichomes. I hear they are supposed to look milky when your flowers are ready for harvest?

and to answer your ?, sure you could use a microscope to check trichs, but to do so, you would need to cut a pice off to inspect it. you best choice for checkin trichs would be a jewelers loupe, at least 30x mag., 100x would be best. with regards to trich color, imo, you want a mixture of cloudy, amber, and clear trichs. using this technique hand-in-hand with the "dead/brown pistill count" is the best way to go, imo again. also, cloudy trichs = THC whereas amber = CBD. the more amber, the more CBD's there will be. and CBD's are what cause the "couchlock/tired" feeling.
