Ya thanks Sage I always try to remain seated, I learned that when I take walks it will cause more irritation and blood in my mouth.
I really don't like the way I am restricted on what I can and cannot do but meh at least it will only be a few more days I hope. Sage do you know approximately how long these things last till I can eat normally ? my dentist did not tell me a single thing and didn't warn me about smoking or drinking alcohol although when I filled out my papers I did inform them that I have addiction problems which makes me second guess why they gave me such strong pharmaceuticals?

Hey Mikey,
Don't know if you are interested or not, but I like to play a guided meditation now and again when my mind is feeling busy when I'm trying to sit.
This link has a series of guided meditation by Malcolm Huxter, but there are also good listens here as well for other things.
BuddhaNet Audio: Buddhist Meditation
The one has a REALLY nice tutorial with pics. "Meditation Class"
Also there is a talk on the art and science of meditation, so when I saw you posted 'art of' that too caught my eye for sharing
Not trying to push the Buddha down your throat, meditation is surely an individual connection, and my only wish is to help and encourage peace being had, especially by the ones like you. So I'm only speaking about what I know, however the Huxter meditations are void of religion speak. It's all about the breath.
Much love
SageTree

Good morning Mikey, Sage & Yahooka!
GLAD to be home! However, I'm not telling a story until I've had
my morning coffee & cannabis. We've seen what happens when I haven't...

Oh by all means
Just getting myself up and around this morning, Mikey and Double H. I'm heading to my second service at the Anglican Church in town. The open minded retired priest I vol. with kept asking me to go so I thought why not, I'll attend for a month. It was the first time I've been in a Christian Service on a Sunday and at all, not including the two masses I went to in Europe and my Sisters wedding, which was run as a service. I also took communion for the first time in 15 years.... heck I took it twice I think I lingered too long at the rail because I got a second wafer stuck in my hand.. I thought 'man I must really need to get my repentance on here or something.'
I highly doubt this will be 'the church' for me, however I like the open mindedness of them of social issues like sexuality and rights for women clergy. Also anyone can take communion.
My favourite thing, their theology is called 'via medium' or 'the middle way'.... sound familiar Buddhas? There was actually a meditation run with a bell last week, which I found also nice and easy... but like I said... I don't think I'm magically going to think the Nicene explains how I feel about Jesus.
So thanks for letting me share that. Double H, you are the person I look forward sharing these things with on here.
Hope you all have a really good day!!!!!
In love
SageTree

'The middle way' is found in Islam as well.
Thundering hordes of love to all.

"Brainstorm" is how I describe a seizure. That's what it feels like to me.
