The importance of a healthy diet

I have an intolerance to the following:

lactose
MSG
most preservatives
Chocolate
Candy and high amounts of sugar
Strange spices and gourmet foods that I'm not used to.

I also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

There have been countless times in the past where I've stuffed my stoned face full of junk food right before falling into a deep stoned sleep for 8 hours...

...only to wake up next morning in excruciating pain and violent diarrhoea shits.

It's hard to resist the temptation...but you must NE'ER STUFF THY FACE BEFORE SLEEPY TIME!

or thou shalt regretteth thy face-stuffing frenzy.

Eating healthy fruits and veggies and avoiding junk food will also ease the stomach problems caused by morning withrdawal (when you wake up nauseous and cold because you haven't had you're morning toke!)

Also, being healthy makes tolerance breaks, a hell of a lot more bearable.

Don't forget excercise!
