Arguing the Past
I have to write a report that constructs an argument about how a film I have seen represents the past. In it I have to talk about how historically based movies are sometimes criticized for misrepresenting history, and if these type of films that use history as a selling point should be historically accurate. I could easily do it on something like platoon or any war movie but that would be kinda boring. My girlfriend is doing her's on the woodstock documentary, that would be really cool. Any ideas?

If you need a movie riddled with inaccuracies for comparison, try the Untouchables. I don't know how the fuck that piece of shit got so many Oscar nominations.
