loyalties

i dunno 'bout y'all, but i develope some wioerd loyalties. some quick, rarely do i develope loyalties that take a whiel. like my current job. been there about a month, and i love the work, love my boss, she's real nice, but i don't make enough so i'm lookin for a new job. mainly because i don't make enough, but i feel bad, because i like them, i'm good at what i do, and better at it than some of the oithers who do the same shit. i have loyalties over 3000 miles away, where i'm from, and i have loyalties where i am, starting from under a month of whatever it's called at this point. i'm not sure where i intended this thread to go, because i've been drinking and talkin with my roomy about girls and bikes (both of which we want/need) and miffin about random shit, got me thinking. do any of you develop loyalties abnormally? i mean, i have a serious loyalty to my first real out-of-high-school job, even though i should have been paid more than i was/ got more hours.

again i'm not sure where this thread was initially intended to go, but big whoop, wanna fight about it?

EDIT: sorry for the incoherency.

Your simply a committed and reliable person. I take it that you see yourself as having taken the job, so you're going to finish it, not to mention you can do it better than everyone else.

Although, if you're not satisfied with the pay and there's no way to get a raise (be it asking or working longer), looking for another job wouldn't be too unreasonable. Obviously you would want to leave your current job on good standing so maybe even talking to your boss about it would be a good idea.

What kind of work is it?

i solder ends onto custom computer and electronic cables. it's not real exciting, but it's not bad. i put in an app for a better paying job doing something that i've done before, so if i hear from them i'm gunna talk to my boss about a raise maybe. but i'm not going to bring up quitting or nothing unless i hear from the other place.
