Pipe scrapin'

As I sit here very early this morning, packing a bowl of fluffy green I reflect on just last week, when I had no greens to pack. I found myself drunk without the finishing touch and I decide that I would give up the night and pass out drunkardly to the second showing of the nights episode of Jay Leno. But aha! I remember that just the week before I had had the good herb in my possession, and I had smoked many a gram of it through a small glass pipe. Surely my drunken night could come to the mellow outro I had hoped for, but if only there was a bowls worth to be scraped from the pipe.

And there was...

Thankful again for the art of scraping the pipe which I had learned from the elders before me. Once again it saved me from a night of unfullfillment. Never as before do I remember how potent one or especially two hits of a ball of resin can be, especially when so much hope has been lost.

So now I am again with a great bounty of my fresh and healthy love. And with great foresight I know that one day this herb will have been taken for granted and forgotten But the Gods of Green hath set forth great mercy for such dire circumstances, many moons ago. And I will again, find hope in the darkness.

So I beckon you! Learn for yourself and teach to others the proper wielding of a paperclip to scrape and the proper use of a sheet of paper, for which to gather the specs of glory which fall from the inside of what may seem to the ignorant eye as an empty pipe.

Go fourth and scrape!

i have a huge ball of resin that i really dont want to smoke.

if you heat the glass with a lighter before scraping, the resin gets a bit softer and easier to gather

. I didnt have to resort to that last part, drinking with no cigs or worse no bud its no good for me. So tonight Ill have to indulge in the black arts of bowl scraping.

I admire you, every step of the way of your journey of pipe scraping my fellow paladin. For I have once many times before scraped my pipes of utter resin. I had come across balls and balls of resin in my day.

And the ironic thing is, we use the great tools of scraping from our fellow ancestors (Primates) to achieve an ultimate goal. Simply...Amazing.

I wouldn't scrap the glass while it's hot. I did once and the small knife slid through the bowl like butter.

That happened to me with a pipe back in the day. Though I found a gold mine of resin within, I didn't have a piece to smoke it with anymore, so I chucked it.

Im low on green tonight so I scraped the bong bowl (after heating it up with a lighter for about 3 seconds) and got a nice buzz going.

I kept my broken pipe. I'm hoping to run into someone that can fix it somehow. It was my first and I have many memories with friends and family using it.. so it's pretty significant.

The fine art of scraping is lost to some for a time but there will come a moment in their life when when you find the need will come and the scrape will returne to them.

I've had a fresh glass pipe for nuggets. Res was just all crystal/bits o'weed/fibrous resin. The high was just really really good-nuggets-body-buzz-going-numb-glued-to-the-floor-shit

when things were better i used to discard thick batches of resin, it wasn't needed. Now times are tough and i utilize it out of necessity. I appreciate my resin highs when they come right on time and much appreciated. many turn their noses up, one podcaster abhors it saying its full of carcinogens and tars and is awful for you. If I have cannabis thats great. when i don't and i can get benefit from my resin hits. im glad for them.

i had a metal pipe laying aroudn that i used to screap all the time and i had no more weed after smoking a half of a blunt of skunk last night so i was bummed out and then i thought hmmmm what if i put the flame to the bowl and take a massive rip and then scrape it before the resin hardens? so i took the bowl apart piece by piece and got 4 nice resin balls and got fucked up after like 4 hits (even after smokin skunk) i didnt think it would get me high after smokin such nice nugget but it did the job. i recomend scraping bowls for resin if your dry

ive found a new way to get a good ammount of resin from your pipe

1.fill pipe with hot water
2.shake as hard as you can while covering up all holes for as long as you see fit
3.get a small plastic bag and cut a very small bit off the end so only a drop can get out
4.pour the water from your pipe into the bag and squeeze till all the water is gone
5.enjoy the nice bag of resin you have

i just did it and it worked great

^ you can easily just boil it, and then strain it in one of those metal screen strainers... works great for me
