Brewer must stop using 'Legal Weed' bottle caps

What bull-arky! As someone who loves beer, why should it matter what they put on the bottle cap

i understand why this wouldn't be allowed, since it's overtly using an illegal drug to market its product. just like the energy drink cocaine was pulled from the shelves. now in the case of "bud" they are covertly using the name. if anheuser busch changed their slogan to "try legal bud" then it would probably cause controversy.

Why does it says try 'legal' weed anyway? if it's named after the place it's brewed than that slogan doesn't make sense.
