Cigarette Rolling Machines...

I'm sick and tired of paying 4-5 bucks for a pack of smokes. I'm wanting to get a rolling machine and good high quality tobacco and make my own.

Any advice where I can get get a good cheap automatic roller (using tubes and filters) and good tobacco instead of nasty ass Checkers or Bugler tobacco. I'm looking for something for under $50 total. Any ideas? I have bought thinking it would be ok but in reality it's god-awful horrible. So I'm looking for a smooth and easy hitting tobacco thats easy on the throat. The English tobacco seems like a good choice but their's 50 different types. I just don't know what to get. Please help.

Any tobacconist shop even like CVS/walgreens/discount drugmart for the roller prolly gonna run you 8 bucks or so. I have a zig-zag king-size or something like that. It's also nice to be able to put just a tiny bit of shake in your cigarettes so you can shief some herbs on a smoke break too and everyone will just think their crazy and your not smoking weed hahah.

You can buy all kinds of tobacco I like american spirit it's supposedly unfecked with and is pretty good. Depending on the size of the pouch or tin will varry in cost. I don't mind bugler if it is filtered.

For 200 tubes(a cartons worth) shouldnt cost you more then three dollars.

tubes/pressers are kind of an art but once you get it down it's nice. A lot of people get sick of homepressed cigarettes pretty fast but I am fond of them, my only complaint with them is I always get tubes that are too fat, or too long, or the filter is too small. good luck! Rolling your own is nice but rolling in filters is a bitch. And not smoking without a filter sucks even if you roll them toothpick thin. RYO also requires the tap tap tap ashing whereas if you press/tube your cigarettes you can do the flick and it costs like nothing per carton.

I'm a marlboro /camel light guy myself I'd imagine any light turkish & or virginia blend would be suitable for you. Unless it's those assbags of tobacco

Does anyone know of any TRUELY organic tobacco that isn't incredibly harsh nor fucked with by chemicals? Even if you gotts buy it online by the ounce I'd be interested. I'm considering growing some tobacco and selling it online, but curing takes FOREVER.

i guess so....maybe not once you do it all the time.

i get american spirit organic...its a bit dry...you can buy a humidifier or some shit like that to moisten it up, but i dont mind.

i use a paper filter for spliffs or joints, and usually dont use any with straight tobacco. its not that harsh dudes.

Yeah I used to do that exact same thing(use a crutch). The smoke is nice and thick for sure. But you have to honestly baby rip it, I mean it's a hard change for sure to go from a nice big wholesome cigarette to a tiny hand rolled cigarette.

It's all preferance for sure, and it is fun to roll them, but I feel like such a twat rolling cigarettes in public. I feel like I'm just sucking attention towards myself.

I went up to my local store last night to get a sac of Bugler and they were out but they had Zig-Zag in a red foil bag. I have found my tobacco of choice, it's awesome! It's way better than bugler, smooth and tastes good as hell. Now all i need to find is a good rolling machine preferably electric because like Smaerd said, rolling a cigg in public is gay. Everyone assumes your rolling a doob. I found some on the internet yesterday from $10-$450!

Honestly francis, I cough up less lung butter when I smoke hand rolled smokes than I do when I smoke Marlboro Lights or any other manufactured cigarettes. I don't think they fill them up with chemicals like the big companies do.

I have something a lot more simple, it's a zig-zag tube injector, it's kind of a bitch to use compared to those hand crank ones.

a carton of tubes is like 3 bucks. a good injector will be upwards of 50 or you can get a cheapy for 10. a pound of tobacco is like 20-25 bucks

SmokeSomeDoja It is european custom to ryo. However atleast where I am from (NE Ohio) if your rolling a cigarette your just seeping attention. And people will ask you if your rolling a joint or call the cops saying they saw you smoking weed(happened to a friend of mine). Trust me I can roll a unfiltered cigarette in like fifteen seconds, while driving, it's just not worth the attention. It seems to be like the "cool" thing to do now days anyways to ryo, it's definetly a "scene" thing.

Injectors ftw, filtered tobacco, your choice of blend/flavor, still cheap as fuck, easy too, not shady..

I'm just going to get a machine and roll about a 100 ciggs one night when I have nothing better to do. The bad thing about smoking the filter less is your fingers turn orange..haha. Nothing a little soap cant handle. Zig-Zag "American Blend is the shit and I insist you try it. Very smooth.

i started rolling my own like five years ago when i lost my job and i started rolling cans of bugler. If the tobacco is not dry it tastes just like a camel non filter witch was my smoke of choice before i started rolling and i recently tried to smoke a marlbro red and it felt like i just shoved the filter down my throat. as for rolling in public i dont do it i just smoke a doob and sit at home and roll i can put out about a carton in 4 hours of rolling. If you dont like the way bugler tastes then i recomend staying away from almost all brands of bag tobacco and zig zag is a good tobacco to use its a all american blend its strong but dosent have the bitter after taste like bugler dose and if you are gonna roll your own then what ever you do stay away from brands like gambler cause with those brands you are gambling with your life.

not really...its more like everywhere except for the u.s. its popular in bohemian spots with alot of culture, like sf and the west coast.

thats sad that you live in a place with such distrust and paranoia that neighbors would call the police because the possibility that you are doing a harmless drug, when there shouldnt be any stigma attached to rolling your own tobacco.

and dont even start with that 'cool' shit, people have been rolling their own for awhile now... - i can make the same dumb argument that its 'trendy' and 'cool' to smoke regular pre-rolled cigarettes, but i wont do that.

I read this and it drew me in for my first post. My dad is on a fixed income, and between him and his wife they smoke about 3-4 packs a day. To save money they started rolling their own. They bought the american spirit and some bench type tube pusher that has a big handle on top, almost looks like a snall paper cutter.
