straight up the best.

in the woods
the beautiful country
with your best friends
and their best friends
with makeshift stages
with powerful soundsystems
playing music for friends
listening to your friends music
eating communal meals
loving life

werd up.

thanks to the two people who responded to this thread. i seriously thought there would be more. (+1 for yahooka dissapointments)

anyways - heres some pics i took from the latest lovely festival i went to. this one was way more grassroots than most i've been too. 60 people tops at the weekend. but it was the best cuz it was most of my close friends, plus most of their closest friends. so everyone there was an amazing person, feeling amazing meeting more amazing people.

i guess ill try to refrain from using certain phrases more than once...

i guess i was just a little ticked off that 'kitch' referred me and my friends 'festival' as a 'party'... hours upon hours of preperation time, site scouting, grass clearing, kybo digging, meal planning, event organizing, etc. went into this festival.

i guess i should stop using the phrase 'i guess' if thats gonna annoy everyone.

but fucking meh. this was supposed to be about festivals. OM, shambhala, whatever local ones you love to go to. there's something very spiritual about festivals to me. i don't think parties have that spritual aspect to them.

what the fuck ever...

idk about a "festival" but i loves me the 3 day raves! Rebirth a few years ago was incredible! like 300 people and 3 or 4 dj's set up, now that i think about it it was 4 days! but just a few days ago OMM fest was disappointing only one dj ste up at a time and a small venue, tickest at the door where 50$ so that diddnt really help but i had a good time any way

edit, heres a sick video of rebirth i found

i think im in there!! like at 3:34!!
onoes im inthere twice!!!lol
