Social situations..
What is your favorite social situation? Like, say you are with more than a few friends.. where do you like to be the most with the group?

I love being at my place, smoking and enjoying my surroundings.
I also enjoy it when my significant other, who doesn't smoke, is around. He's very 420-friendly and will even help me find opportunities to smoke while out and about.

My favorite place has to be poker. A buddy of mine built a little guest room sort of thing in his back yard and we play poker there every second friday. there's usually anywhere from 8-12 guys there, most of them regulars except for a few who we only see once in awhile. It's pretty awesome, everyone smokes, so it's weed and poker all night. It's a $20 dollar buy in, and you can re-buy in as many times as you want. The guy who runs it keeps stats on everything, everyone pays a 3$ cover and that money goes into a pot that gets split at the end of teh year between First and second place on the money list, and last place (which is currently me, but no biggie) I didn';t even play poker before I started going there last year, and I'm not so great at it but I love the atmosphere, and besides if I was going to go anywhere else on a friday night it would probably cost me more that 20 bucks, so I'm not really spending a ton of money at it. It's a friendly game, most of the guys who go have either worked together, or they went to school/grew up together.
That reminds me, it's poker night tonight, woot!

It's awesome poker! The atmosphere is what keeps me coming back (I'm certainly not winning any money!)

There are a few poker comps at the pubs around town here, and i always go a bit toasted. It takes the edge of that 'sharp eye' you get when you've got something good. but really
i like being alone when im stoned.

Campfires are excellent for socializing. Although, I do agree with Makros 1, I enjoy my high much more alone.

Around a fire is bomb, I'm also a fan of house/apartment parties or get togethers, being able to go from room to room and chill with different people. I usually end up outside though for the most part, it seems like all of my good friends end up hanging out outdoors most of the night.
I miss my circle of friends and going to house parties! I need to meet some more people where I live now. Hopefully I will, becuase school starts tomorrow!

I hear ya. I've lived long enough to see people come and go, going mostly to their rewards. Also, divorce can be disruptive to ones social circle. I'm glad your going to school, I met some of my best friends in college. Enjoy it while your young, getting old is not fun, and to quote Bette Davis "Getting old ain't for sissies."
