The lighting and cinematography in Fear and Loathing is really trippy.

Hello. I just stumbled upon this site tonight...what a nice idea! A place for grown people to discuss what we never dare say in our daily lives. (At least I can't!)
Short intro: I'm a 40 yr old professional who honestly thought pot WAS legal. Until about 1 yr. ago when I tried to get an RX for some to help with some terrible side effects I was having from chemotherapy! I hadn't really thought much about pot since I was a teen...I just assumed that it was legal for medicinal purposes...NOT!
Anyway, I'm fine now...but I have continued my relationship with my beloved ganja up to this day. It helps with so much more than just nausea and bone pain (for me it improves critical thinking and creativity)...and I don't intend to stop any time soon.

Ok...best movie on ganja? Definitely 'Moulin Rouge' for me. Truly a visual and auditory feast!

does being high really affect your enjoyment of films that much, i never found it did. although when high i take a lot of serious fils a lot less seriously. but that doesnt make them better
