I'll go check that ^movie, is the cover representative of the in film animation?
I love Akira to this day, Starship Troopers, The Wall, Evil Dead, Pulp Fiction, Amadeus.
My favourite would probably be 'Stealing Beauty', or anything else.

Altered States, but you have to start toking at the beginning to ensure being in the right headspace for his first trip.
Harold and Maude, But get a good buzz first.
Risky Business, especially for the old-school Tangerine Dream.

And (and I hate to admit it) Napoleon Dynamite is phenominal under two conditions... You must have a completely 'goofy' buzz going, and you must have seen it previously straight and hated it...
