smokin since my Vietnam Veteran brother turned me on
in 1973. Proud to be here. Just found out I'm a great-grandma! AAACCCKKK ! Guess I'm qualified...
Going to volunteer at the Oregon State Fair booth this week-end. Voter Power has a booth there for voter registration, I 28 initiative petitions, & gift for sale.
I just love marijuana education. Find me some cowboyz & I'll teach 'em a thing or two about this great medicine!

[QUOTE=Captain America;51639262]I remember when kilo's were 160.00 bucks.....
yeah I remember out in cali going down to tj buying them keys for 200 ea and taking'em back to the desert.them were the days,or cruising down to oceanside and getting that badass thai stick.things were cool back in them days long before all this bullshit started,back when everyone just wanted to get high and chill.remember the columbian gold or panama red or how about the mohoccan spears and then of course we all had the paraquat scare of 78fuck it,it didn't stop us from getting high.we old stoners may not know each other but we definately burnt some of the same smoke.

Well, I was born in the 80s, but after reading that post, think this forum def applies to me. I still enjoy posting in FFA, so I'm not totally mellow but sometimes wouldn't mind discussing things that don't have a place elsewhere, and don't relate with some of my age-wise counter parts on here. Explanation being that I have a child (16 months, time flies), and a husband, and a mortgage and all that fun adult stuff. And sometimes I feel older then dirt
So anyways, I was born early '85, smoked since I was younger then I should have been, more then a decade now and just saying hello in roll call.

If you were born in the 80's this forum probably doesn't apply to you. edit: Read this post, before you cry Ageism! Any topic is welcome but the questions or stories about marijuana or your experience should go in Inquiring Minds, unless you are specifically looking for input from us older folks.
So... this is the Mellow Stoners Roll Call. Keep it short and sweet and just holler Here! if you are an older, experienced and mellowed stoner.

Also born in the 1960s! And how nice it would be to have more friends with the shared generational thing.

Well, he lived for Melbourne, Fl at least a while as a teen. One of my helper's wife had orders from her Mom to stay away from him, back in the 60's, because "that boy is trouble".
I'm a Land Surveyor...I surveyed the house he stayed at. It seems like they tore it down around 1985 or so.....no one would put up the money to move it out of what had become a very high end commercial area.........It was a real flop house full of prostitutes and drug addicts that the town wanted to get rid of bad.......plus it was really old and 2-Story Frame which would have taken a lot of care to move it without destroying it........
Seems like he mighta went to FSU....can't remember

I am a smoker of many, many years. I'm a business owner and entrepreneur. Weed is an escape and outlet for stress. I really enjoy the relaxed feeling I get from a nice head buzz. I'd like to chat with like minded people in Buffalo, NY because I really don't know a lot of people who smoke in the area. I often have a hard time finding herb and all of my good stoner friends from college have moved out of Western New York. (I'm upstate: the exact opposite site of the state from NYC).
Peace.

Hi Squishy, stoner, entrepreneur and business owner (hey that rhymes) here too. It's the best thing after a busy day. I see it as my reward for a hard days work. Currently on a break though because there are too many unfinished projects on my plate. Giving myself 30 days or till the jobs done before I get back on. Currently day 24, job halfway done. Good luck finding some herb.
Peace-Love-n-Pot to ya!
