We have legalized the wrong drug, drunks will get into fights, drive recklessly, and start trouble for the hell of it. Stoners will never fight, are too paranoid to drive recklessly, and are too damn lazy to start trouble. The only trouble we'll start is complaining about our food at the drive through window.
