i read colin farrell and comedy and was skeptical, but after the constant comparisons to teh coens and mentions of how splendidly dark the humor was, we tried it.
quickly obvious why it got a limited release here, as sharp little anti-american digs are plentiful.. some really offbeat bits in general.

delicious cinematography, drifting through day&night&rain&shine in the oldworld European city, everything shot onsite in Belgium.

interesting back&forth of laughs and stomach knotting unpleasantries.. y'all with openminds & fast connecs should check it out.

and if you're one of those who must dig through some reviews first,

Ahh cool, I checked for a torrent back when it was released but had no luck. Six shooter was also amazing, gotta like McDonagh

in bruges was hella good. the entire scene where they were "conversating" with the midget in the room was genius.

Yeah quality film, cheers for the reccomendation. Nice to see something original surface every once and a while, hilarious at points too.

This is a mint film, I'm a little more than halfway into it and it's already entered the ranks of my favorite movies.

I didn't know Colin Farrell could be funny.

Edit: I just finished it. Wow. It was really, really good. This is definitely gonna be a purchase.
