Don`t bother, just get rid of itunes. .flac is the best format so far.

Nice - instead of actually HELPING with the question, you tell the guy to completely change what he's listening to. Nice.

To answer your question, you'll have to download a program that can convert .flac to mp3 (I know, BLASPHEMY to some, but you know what who cares? Some of us care more about hard drive space than sound quality, and can't tell the difference between a .flac and an mp3 anyway).

I can't remember what I have for the mac, I just DL the file and double-click and it converts it for me.

Mediamonkey will convert the file for you but why would you want to? .flac is lossless and compressed.

FLAC is great, i try my best to find my favorite music in flac and if i cant then i resort to mp3's. I'm also on a big kick of getting 5.1/4.1 dolby or DTS music now that i recently got new speakers. For burning FLAC to an audio cd i use nero with the FLAC plugin, but im sure if you googled "how to burn flac to an audio cd" you could find something else too.
