shit happened to thepiratebay awhile back too...fortunately it will make no difference in the grand scheme of things cuz another site will just take it's place.

Even if they closed down every torrent. There will be a new faster/more anon way to share by next year.

Obviously it's huge, think about how many downloads per day there are? That's reason enough for soft-ware engineers to configure a new better way and bank on advertisements.
