yep, great game and very addictive. I have started to enjoy beating other civilizations culturally or religiously rather than the typical military domination.

civilization is good shit but after a while its so repetitive and predictable, also later in the game when civilization is large it takes forever to micro manage all teh shit you have going on .
but ya it definetly is a good game. the expansions werent really that great IMO

Ted if you think you've mastered Civ then may I suggest Hearts of Iron 2, the best strategy game of all time?

i always dl them and never manage to play them for too long-
i cant really get into the "turn based" format and how everything seems so unrealistic.
maybe im missing something cuz everyone says how awesome civ is.
how should i approach the game to make it enjoyable?
like it always seems like the actions u can do are so limted and straightforward- it takes like 10 truns for your dudes to walk to another place etc etc...
give me some tips on how to play it and make it fun if u can cuz id like to find a new game to sink some time into

It's great but it has a beastly learning curve, you should play as Germany, get tech that boosts manpower, build shittons of divisions and kill some Poles
