Adult Swim Tonight (friday)
AS is kicking ASS tonight. Its had on harvey birdman, squidbillies, king of the hill, robot chicken, the brak show, assy mcgee, the office etc. In general the new lineup this week and the new intro ("The adult swim stoner series:") is really kicking ass. Thank god theyre finally getting their target audience pinpointed.

I don't have cable anymore but I remember Fridays and Saturdays used to suck on adult swim. Lots of Anime crap. That line up doesn't sound so bad. It used to be all about the Sunday line up.

friday [as] now rocks. saturday is still anime. sunday is usually new eps.
also, the britsh office is basically the first season of american office. funny as hell.

Seriously. Good line ups lately. I liked the anime shit when they had Cowboy bebop, lupin and trigun...But all this other shit is ridiculous. During the week now theyre playing robot chicken, family guy, metalocalypse, athf, squidbillies and then once in a while theyll put in an episode of tim and eric or something....But sundays still kick ass because of the mighty boosh and all...But wtf happened to Superjail? Thats one of the best shows on now....
The best in my opinion is Xavier: Renegade angel.

supposedly, they are writing up new storyboards for superjail, but they havent greenlighted another season for it yet. might not come back.
ps~ that adult swim in a box is fucking gay. dont waste your money on it. collect the seasons of shows you want on their own dvd's. the best thing about it is the pilot dvd, and i already have all the pilot eps they offer. on another note, i wish korgoth of barbaria made it.

yea back when they had cowboy beebop which was badass i must say, their anime was ok. now its terrible. i kinda liked inyasha (sp?) as well.
what i really really miss is sealab, all time fav.

Yes Sealab...InUyasha... .I watched AS since day one, and watched shit like the brak show and space ghost coast to coast way back in the day. Space Ghost c2c was the first of it's kind haha.

cowboy bebop and samurai champloo are really the only anime shows they played worth watching. inuyasha, never really got into. sealab 2021 was awesome. went donwhill after the dude who voiced capt. murphy died, tho imo.

^^ nah, that was afro samurai (also great) with rza on the soundtrack.
samurai champloo had a hip-hop soundtrack, but was mainly produced by japanese artists. but it's pretty dope. [as] played s.c. a couple years ago, but stopped.

adult swim is fucking awesome, props. a few bum shows now and then aside, Adultswim, and its unique lineup, limited commercials and sick music bumps, is the coolest thing on tv.

They should have a Cowboy Bepop night, show like all the first season in a day or something.
I don't like Squidbillies personally, it's prob my least favorite on the AS lineup
