Just got back from schwagstock. Tis a little local festival down in the ozarks. The schwag is a grateful dead tribute band and their bassist owns the land. This time around Keller Williams and Honeytribe played along with 2 sets from The schwag every night. Kellers set blew me away and then he proceeded to play with the schwag. Best version of shakedown street ever. Im still trying to recover from saturday night. Ate a ten strip and started groovin, then decided to get drunk, and that led to me blowing a bunch of coke in the back of a van with some chick who then started shoving ketamine up my nose. Capped of the festival smoking dmt in a cave on sunday afternoon.
Next up schwagstock 32.

Bonnarro DID have some good herb but headies and hash were more expensive and harder to find than in years past. Even some of the Cali people were asking $400/o, but you eventually find the right thing in such a large market. Like the short Jamacian black hash man..
Cypress Hill had one of the larger pot smoke clouds of the festival...

went to the three day lollapalooza this year and saw 19 bands. big names like the chilli peppers, ween, flaming lips, kanye west (I really wanted to see Manu Chao but the people I was with demanded otherwise) violent femmes
not as big names like iron & wine, of montreal (who were just incredible), stars, blackalicious, pepper and more more more
great time for sure. also secuirty was so lax they just opened your bag but didn't search it, and no pad down.
and i saw the 311/Wailers/Pepper show. gooooooooooooood times.

No, I would've liked to see them but Queens of the Stoneage were playing at the same time. I always liked them and was more of a casual listener with Wilco.

Queens and wilco at the same time, two of my favorite bands. That would have been a tough decision

Already Seen This Year:
Undergournd Sound 2 (June 30th - July 2nd) - Saw Infected Mushroom, Paladin 5.1 and Electric Skychurch along with a ton of other EDM/Techno DJ's. It was a whole weekend rave deal so it was great. Lots of shrooms, X, and Acid.
Kotonmouth Kings (July 7th) - Got to see KMK along with Twiztid, Potluck, Axe Murder Boyz, Hed (Pe), and Sub Noize Souljas. Great show except for a few Soda gettin tossed around.
Going To See:
CaveStock3 (9/22 - 9/23) - I'm just going for the EDM part but there will be bluegrass or jam bads or some shit.
Kottonmouth Kings (11/30) - Yeah i'm going again but not sure who else will be there.

Peace seeker - Def go see PJ. I've seen em eight or so times and never dissapointed. Great live shows.
Vancouver_Grdnr - I'm going to see Tool next month and cannot freakin wait. Never seen em as only recently became a fan. I can't even imagine how intense they are live. Their riffs are like tailored made for crazy live shows. And I'm going to see em in general admission so fuck the rows crap.

I saw counting crows and goo goo dolls last night. The latter was the suck. A boy band disguised as rock.
Counting Crows put on an incredible show. First time seeing them so I was sort of dissapointed that they changed a couple songs but for those who have seen them before I understand since they have been around for so long.

I went to bonnaroo for the first time this year, what an amazing festival. I was tripping nuts at radiohead, along with pretty much everyone else Definately going next year.
I am hoping to go the see the Who somewhere, I really should have bought tickets when they came out.
