I saw Opeth and Dream Theater last night. The opeth set was fucking amazing. I love them!!! Dream Theater had a good live performance but coudln't hold up to Opeth.
Was a great show. Venue staff were dickheads tho.

Both for sure. They're on the Download lineup this year, which is pretty shit so far, it's worth it for Kiss&Priest tho =D.

I'm looking forward to Robert Plant and Alison Krauss coming to Toronto in July. Bluegrass isn't really my thing but I have their album and it's actually pretty cool. Plus, no way in hell would I miss seeing Robert Plant live.

On the 14th I'm gonna go see Dean Lickyer. They're a local band and not many people know about them yet but, mark my words, these kids will be famous one day. They're just too good not to be.

Saw Iron Maiden last night at Vancouver and it was fuckin insane. Had floor tickets and have never left a concert so sore in my life.

Disco Biscuits last night was fucking amazing.
It sucked at first cause it was so hot and humid... but right at the end of the show it started to pour and the opening band got on stage with DBs and they played Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit and two other songs I didn't know and about 300 of us just started moshing in the rain.

i saw bb king last night at the bluesfest in grant park chicago, while candyflipping and drunk /high as hell

it was really intense, random people were comin over to smoke with us including 40-50 year old people who looked like they just walked out of chuck e cheeses
