damn...lots of quality music in this thread.

i'm a big fan of 'at home with owen'... he came to my school a year or two ago. no one really dug him but me. i'm also really into american analog set, andrew bird, and spiritualized.

overall i like most of the stuff gunpei and BNS threw up. i'm not sure yet how to upload to those sites, but a few albums i've been digging recently that you should try to find are:

islands-return to the sea
why-elephant eyelash
jens lekman-oh you're so silent jens
the czars-goodbye
david thomas broughton-the complete guide to insufficiency
patrick wolf-lycanthropy
the raconteurs-broken boy soldiers
rogue wave-descended like vultures
the sleepy jacksons-the sleepy jacksons

if i figure out these upload sites i'll put 'em up there...for now i'm not feeling it though.

I've been looking for a lot of those albums BNS thanks. 2007 is already a really good year for music. New albums from Explosions In The Sky, Do Make Say Think, Air, Hammock, Rob Crow, and Jesu. These 2 songs are amazing...

This is the best song I have heard in a long time. It really grows on you...

Hammock - Raising Your Voice... Trying To Stop An Echo

From their new album featuring some members of Akron/Family...really good stuff

Do Make Say Think - A With Living

I'm gonna start uploading those albums.

^ Sweet I heard one of their songs in a compilation and I liked it.

Has anybody heard the new Eluvium album? Really good neo-classical music.

Eluvium - Copia

Thanks for the early up Gun, I didn't even know new songs were beginning to leak yet.

If anyone doesn't have it yet here's a non-radio rip of Dashboard, much better quality obviously. I like it.

Good deal. Binary Star is something I've been meaning to get into, so I'll definitely grab this one up.

I know you were saying for a while we needed more hip-hop in this thread and I've been saying I'd try and help out, and even that this time I really would, but I'll actually do it this time.

what's a good site to upload to?

I made a torrent of a few of my favorite unknown rap songs that I was going to host on torrentspy, but it said my torrent was invalid or some bullshit . The exact same file type works on a different site I belong to. I wasn't using a tracker, but torrentspy has enabled trackerless torrents. So that should've been coo.
