Rakim
Rakim is one of the most gifted storytellers ever!He has a new album out, and its dope...he rehashes a few of his older songs, and a bunch of new shit....just thought I'd put it out there for those who didnt know....

![]() i got to see eric b. and rakim in concert in 1988, fucking GREAT show....a tall ass pyramid with eric b. on top, and a green laser shooting out from it....i was lucky, i saw eazy e and nwa that year too......fucking great year for shows...no violence, speaking of which krs one was there with rob base! kick ass shit, i was 16 or 15 back then.. Rakim aint really known and respected for storytelling, more for the way he flipped rhymes the way he did back in those years, which are still dope in 08. G Rap and Slick Rick really get the props for the storytelling.
