Does anybody know the name of this song??

Ok...I have heard this song on the radio for like 12 years atleast now, and they never say who it's by...and since the lyrics are french I can't search it on google. All I know is that it's played on the radio sometimes, sounds like it was from either the 1980s or 1990s and is sort of a 4/4 rythm song that's sung in french, and sounds like a mix of the ramones and the beach boys...except with that Loony tunes skunk singing. The vocals and guitar and stuff are very repetetive and sort of monotone. And the "chorus" type thing has high pitched beach boys type thing sung by the back up singers...
This shit is digging a hole in my brain and I have no clue who it is...They usually play it on either friday nights or on labor day and shit haha...I hear it on everything from alternative/mainstream stations to rock stations to college stations. If anyone knows, let me know please haha...Before I shoot my foot off.

haha...No not that song. It's a male vocalist. It has that ramones type guitar/bass/drums and real monotone vocals with occasional beach boys type back up vocals...This shits driving me nuts.
