i won tickets in an online contest to see them, i went yesterday.

i never heard of them before that...

the venue (webster hall, nyc) was gay as fuck though and pushed back the start of concert 2 hours and i was doing manual labor that day so i was fucking tired as balls by the time the concert started and i had to stand around waiting with my back killing me. i cant believe how shitty venues treat their patrons if you pay 35$ to see a band you shouldnt have to be forced to wait 2 hours standing up in a crowded room. not that i paid but still i was pissed off (insanely high drink prices didnt help either)

but anyway i digress... fever ray was visually awesome and sounded great. i cant really explain but they are really unique, i get the impression they are more popular in europe bcause alot of german/eastern European people were at the show.

check em out if you get a chance and if they are touring in your area you will not regret going to the show.
