do a quick internet search of your area and you might be surprised to find an area near you where the dolomite has appeared...........t is very, very common.

So I would assume that's a good thing? Says about 2-4 tbsp. per plant, does that sound right?
In my soil recipe, I use 1 cup and 3 cups of bone meal with 3 cups of blood meal...........check out our thread called 'Give us your soil recipe...........~'

here's that outdoor that just finished WATER CURING!!

It had a mild case of spider mites, but the water curing did a very thorough job cleaning them. Probably going to vaporize it all anyways.

I love the last picture, it's just like pre-loaded bowls ready to pick and pack.

any harvest is good
congrats spanky
not sure which silver haze you have, but it is commonly grown without ferts
it dont like them, could be the prob with the SH
powdered dolomite will still correct soil pH
it's what i use; i'd also be putting some surface mulch like pea straw (not bark) over the top to regulate soil temps, water, and offer some food.

I'm going to be giving these two to my caretaker to grow nice and big for me. The deal is, I get a free oz. per harvest and then 190$/oz from there. Compared to what I'm paying my caregiver right now at $400/oz.

Whoa that's expensive... I'd be 100% positive it works before I bought that... I think they grow plants spacey because they need to be within inches from the plant... If you do try it let me know how it works

there is a t1 smartlamp that looks nice
but i think it only saves 25% energy over a 400w hps
but heat would still be low
i dont think those 1w bulbs in the ufo will do more than grow a small lettuce.

I agree, but the Pycron 100 or what ever is supposed to be good. It's hella expensive but it's supposed to be equal to a 1000w high intensity. Who knows about that, but if it was anything close it would make me happy. I'm just going for low heat.

In my opinion there are easier ways to dealwith heat and probably less expensive too... Water cooled, air cooled hps systems.. But if you go with the LEDs let me know how it works... Keep your plants short to

yea the plan is to grow in a small crawl space. It's about 5 feet tall but it's also like 8'x8' feet so it should do. I just don't really think there's a way to get rid of the heat though, otherwise I'd be down for MH/HPS in an instant.

this one...

Procyon-100 100W LED Grow Light - HomeGrownLights.com

and this one...

LED Grow Lights - LightBlaze 400

are supposed to be pretty much the same and both of pretty decent quality. obviously the best LED set up would cost close to $1000+ but I'm sure the quality is close to being great for $600. You could think of it as ventilation being included in the initial cost of the light considering it doesn't need any!

edit: then again if I grew in winter and it was naturally pretty cool down there that time of the year, would it be okay to use a 400w HPS in that small of an area?

yea fuck that shit I'm going with HPS this winter, anyone have any ideas for ventilation? if I pump a 400w hps into another room that's 400 square feet, will that make that room hot?

Here's my chocolate chunk. I've heard it's good bud, but it's got some funky genetic defects which I guess could be a good thing...

It's doing great since I repoted it, I had to take it out of the ground cause of relatives. It's still doing well despite that.

you can see where it got some messed up leaves, which I guess is normal for the strain? There's even some leaves that only have one finger(as you can see to the right)! and where there's two stems coming out of that one spot, and random spots.

edit: oh yea and I know there's pre-flowers, this plant has been flowering ever since I got it as a tiny clone, so there's no way to really tell when it's actually going to flower.

It's a nice set up, but the White Russian on the right is in a 4 gallon bucket that takes up more than half the space.

This is only temporary, I promise.

Once I start to flower them I'll rearrange the lights to take up less space.

What would happen if I transplanted the one on the right into a smaller pot? When I transplanted it into that bigger pot about a week ago the root system was not very big. Or should I just flower outside for fuller buds?

I'm really wasting a lot of space with the huge pots...

I decided to repot.

Now it will take off!

What do I do if it gets root bound? Can I just prune the roots or do I have to go to a bigger pot?
