full garden pictures

i have somewhere between 30 n 40 plants total. most of them are a foot tall give or take some are really small but out of the 2 biggest one is female and one is male. im just wondering if it will take longer for the small plants to show sex cuz the big ones already have been showing.. take a look

these are the biggest of the plants i planted late in summer (the lil ones)

so when these small plants start to show sex will the females provide any bud at all? even if its only a little bit?

as long as the cold doesnt kill them, they will give you some bud.

seeing as though they're in pots......why not force the bud?

putting them in total darkness for 12 hours daily will do the trik!

only the larger male is in a pot. the rest are mixed in with the tomatoes im just wondering why the bigger plants already are showing sex and the little ones are late bloomers??

u could still tarp them females regardless of the tomatoes......u just gotta be diligent on uncovering every 12 hours...

late bloomers...had them before.....too late for these parts!

so since they are smaller its just gonna take longer for the sex to show??!!

my plan for the male is to experiment with topping the plant to make it bush up and provide multiple colas

and also try my hand at cloneing for the first time but im gonna let it grow and harvest the seeds for next spring

btw what do u mean tarp the females?

tarping..........wan na try this??

build or I should say plant some 2x2's around the plant or plants that will get tarped. Kinda like a small framing job....not an A Frame though........4 solid sides with crossers to keep the framey thing solid. A thick tarp will be needed.....like those ones used in grow rooms (black on one side and white on the other)

So far so good?

Then this tarp will be placedever so light secure at say 6:30 pm.......and removed at 6:30 am.

Absolutely no light should be able to penetrate.....and... ....the tarp should not touch the plant(s).

Any more q's on tarping.........lemm y know 'cause I always forget details~

i dont want to keep them in veg. state they already have been flowering for a week+. i just want to find out the sex and the little ones arent showing but they are growing alot taller it seems at a much faster rate now just still now showing balls or hairs so i dont know i guess its just teaching me patients

some plants get more sun than others and grow faster

the only way to find out sex in the next two weeks, is force flowering them

they re too young to show sex in a normal way

i planted in late april and just two weeks ago my plants showed sex (go figure).

nice tomatoes,

get em under the sun

yea they are competing for sunlight with the tomatoes but they are showing one by one i just fount a 3rd male and a 3rd female outta like 30-40 so ill keep the pictures coming stay tunned
