Question flying insect repelent??

well ive got a little garden going i got tomatoes and various vegetables and of course some mary jane plants. i dont really have a bug problem but i do always have to tear down spider webs off the plants mostly from tomatoes to weed. the main thing i want to get rid of is fling insects. theres always bees, flys, moths, and mosquitoes everywhere all over. im spraying the yard with cutter tomorrow but im not spraying it on the garden just around it. what can i use to spray on the all the plants to stop the bugs from being all over my plants. ive heard of using soapy water and spraying that on the plants does that really work?

Try sm90 I've gotten rid of root maggots and gnats with the stuff... It's not sold as a poison anymore just a soil leaf enhancer
I use it on a regular and my back yard is full of bugs but not near my big momma
intersting info planting onions and garlic near for spider deterent.. I'm an arachniphobiac and that may come in handy next year... Thanx for that
