ultimate soil recipe

ok so i wanna start again
last time i went hydro with a drip system
a friend went all organic with ocean forest and tiger bloom
his buds were much tastier
is there any recipe for soil to take it the whole 9 yard with spectacular results
also is a scrog a good idea if ur growing organic
i plan on growing in 1 gallon pots and topping 2 times to get 4 main colas
so i want big buds

and has anyone tried the thing that grows tomatoes upside down on this site
id like to read reviews on how it worked bcuz think about it no stress at all growing with gravity!!!!:
