Brian Gegner, who lives near Cincinnati, was sentenced last week to 180 days in jail for contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a minor.

"It was my wrongdoing, not his," said Brittany Gegner, whose fiance and 18-month-old daughter also live at her mother's home. "He shouldn't have to go to jail for something I did."

Her mother agrees.

"Brittany is almost 19 years old now and I think it's unfair to put her father in jail," said Shana Roach. "She's an adult now, and it's not right to rip an innocent man from his home."

Wow. I read the thread title and was ready to come in here and go on a rant about parental responsibility and accountability while their children are still...well, children. Then I read "19 year old". What the fuck? I'm pretty sure they need to lawyer up and fight this. I'm no lawman but I'm 90% sure you cannot hold a parent responsible for his child's not getting a diploma at the age of 19. Also, apparently the parenting wasn't too great anyway, nice job kid, how old are you and you already have a child? Awesome. What's the world coming to guys?

That's why I hate people. People are the ones who cause these problems. If we could just rid the world of people, we could all live happier & healthier lives.

lol No I don't dig what your saying at all. I don't like people that whole lives revolve around weed. Im all for smoking but don't see it as a lifestyle.
