the women of P&CA

today i noticed that that P&CA's female posters, of whom there are a goodly number, are vastly under-represented in the hole.

why is that, i asked myself?

is it that there's a glass basement of crassness to which we're unable to descend?

is it that we're more mature?

more articulate?

or better equipped, intellectually and emotionally, to address and resolve conflict?

is it simply, perhaps, that we're subtler and meaner and altogether more devious than the boys.

either way, shouldn't we really be running the show?

women of P&CA unite! the only thing you have to loose is the argument!

They have better things to do, like hanging out in the writers joint, Growing the good herb or Inquiring minds. Guidance and support is just loaded with the brainy ladies too.
