These are some other cops, they show up in places like New Orleans after hurricanes to confiscate guns and fuck with people. When they are in other countries, they get to kill civilians when they are bored.

Actually one of those guys was on a reality TV show where assorted tough guys from military and police went thru macho challenges. He was particularly creepy and violent..I'll try googling some shit..his name is on the tip of my tongue.

Mr. Holliday, the man who shot the video, said if had it all to do over again knowing what kind of dumb ass degenerate Mr. King turned out to be, he would have gone back to bed and used the tape for something much more important....
