HELP ME PLEASE :(

Ok so I posted this before but didn't get the reply I quite wanted. I have a new plant and the two pot leaves (not the rounded ones) are drooping downwards. The second set of leaves are coming in already and look alright but the first set are drooping and are kind of bending down the middle. If anyone can help me please do so... the coloration looks ok... any help be very appreciated. Thanks.
Im using fluorescent light too... 40 watts and have 4 plants under it.

sounds like overwatering, whats your watering schledule?

add more lights,I use 2- 4 foot double bulb fixtures for my starts and don't have any problem,only water when they are dry.
