lighting question

i have a small test grow going on in my closet right now, it is in a box of about 2 sq/ft. lined with the dull side of the foil reflecting the light of 1 24 inch 30 watt cool white bulb.. and have a 23 watt cfl or 2 and 2 more 18 inch flouros coming soon, but i have a sprout now, and a flouro black light bulb that fits another fixture for my flouros, and its winter my grow box is around 60-70 degrees farenheit, im guessing about 19-22 celcius?... anyways should i run the black light.. if for nothing more than heat, since the light isnt the best for the plant? or will it hurt the plant? or is heat not even a problem? and i can just run the 1 light on it for now for say... a week or two maybe, till i get lights?

I'm not sure about the heat, but I've had 8 seedling under 14 watts of florecent before and threy did fine until I put them outdoors after about 7-8 days indoors.

ya, thanks bc... i just a 23 watt cfl. thats the power it uses, i think it outputs somewhere around 100 watts, so in combination with my tube, i think that should be fine for a while.

i might be able to get a 35 watt hps light for $25 american... i just might be willing to invest in this, but i already have 4 avalible flouro tubes and 2 cfl's. do you think this would be enough for 2 or 3 small plants with some Lst? or should i get the hps?
