Outdoor Watering Tub System
Has anyone ever seen those big tubs of water that the little tubes carry water out of into the soil?
I've only seen them used in shallow flower beds. Can they be used for 5 gallon buckets instead? What exactly are these devices called, and where are they available? I know somebody that has one for his flowers in his windowsills, but I don't know how I'd go about bringing up that topic (since I never showed any interest in gardening  )

I don't know what it's called, but why not just be like "what is that? That pulls the water out of the soil?" or wahtever, if he asks why, just be like i dunno, just asking.
