Whats Your Plan For Quitting Alcohol?
I thought maybe we could share with each other to give each other ideas. Ive got 4 areas to work on. Cardio, strength training, nutrition, and mental.
Cardio is simple. Just ride the bike for and hour a day. Strength training is gonna start off with mostly stretching and very low weight. Dont want to take a chance of hurting something right off the bat.
Nutrition is simple as well. Gonna avoid processed foods as much as possible. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. Maybe take some b vitamins. Drink less than 2 cups of coffee a day.
Mentally, Im gonna learn new things and quit TV. Im gonna quit worrying about the middle east. Unless I get off my ass and do something, Im just being a whiny lil bitch.
Procrastination is another big problem for me. Im always putting things off for tomorow that Ive should have done yesterday. Also, try and get up before 7am and quit being such and overall lazy slob.
Anyone got any other ideas?
