Best way to stop withdrawls while off drugs?
I am an addict. I am also an alcoholic. And when I don't have any substance in my system, my body just feels outta wack and I am never in the best of mood even while on depression meds (everyday). I have been drinking and doing drugs for a long time and I have abused Cocaine. Been sober from it over a year tho =) But when I'm out of anything I just get sweaty all the time and I just can't stop craving drugs and drinking. Whats the best solution??

Best way to get off hard drugs is marijuana. Depends on how deep down you are. if you wanna chat I am off hard drugs(opies and benzos) private message me. Althought drinking I am still dealing with pretty heavily. Much luck and love.

There's no solution from withdrawal symptoms from hard drugs. If you're going cold turkey from them I would say smoke some weed to make it easier. Going through withdrawal high is way better than going through it sober. Remember weed is a natural herbal medicine that make almost anything feel better.

If you can get some kind of drug that you aren't wding from that will allow you to get some sleep, i would highly suggest you do so. Of course you must try not to get addicted to said drug, but a good nights sleep during withdrawls can make you feel a million tims better.

If you are a serious full on alcoholic (kick into full withdrawals like shaking as soon as you don't have booze in your system) you should definitely not go cold turkey. You need to talk to a doctor and get medication to ease you off alcohol or you could kill yourself.
I don't really know what your situation is like I just wanted to make the point that aside from being a horrible experience quitting sedatives straight up can be fatal. |

I'm pretty sure they normally prescribe cyclobenzapine/flexiral. Downers are devilish to quit, I'm still going through it.

I've seen a lot of doctors give out Librium as well for alcohol withdrawals, which is a pretty weak benzo but I guess enough to keep you from having a seizure.
