Day 28 - I'm up early. I've had some cravings in the last few days. Nothing close to considering or planning to use, but thinking about how it would feel.

Day 30 - No special plans today. Thanks to everyone in here. The support was greatly appreciated. I don't plan on smoking again in the near future. It's possible I won't ever smoke again. I don't really want to. I don't know what else to say, I've said enough in this thread I guess. You guys can lock the thread now.

Since it's not locked yet, let me give a special thanks to Pharm Girl. Also thanks to Sage Tree. Stoneric, thank you too, we just disagree on some things. Everyone who posted in here actually. To have people pay attention to you is sometimes all you need to get something accomplished.
I feel selfish; a lot of "I's" in this thread, but how can I help anyone else? I want to give back to society when I feel guilty about taking so much. This is the first step.
