weed...
I LOVE IT!
I've started to cut back on my consumption from about an ounce a month+/- to about a quarter a month or even less.
I don't know why but weed is so much better in moderation. Ever since I got a job and started back up at school I've been some what busier and I don't really even feel like smoking. I just love to smoke to wind down at the end of the day or else to calm my nerves in certain situations.
I'm a lot more social when I'm not blazed 24/7, I'm not as lazy, etc..
I don't understand those people that smoke all day everyday and complain about their tolerance. Fucking quit smoking weed if you're that addicted. Sure weed isn't chemically addictive, but anything that makes you feel good is naturally addictive(that should be common sense)...
I can't stand people that glorify weed so much and how it makes their life better when in reality it's only because they're high all the time.
I LOVE DRUGS IN MODERATION!!!

some peeps love being high all the time
but right on man, being a working family man i've been with the moderation game for quite a while. consumption drops exponentially while providing an all-around more satisfying experience (there's nothing better than a high that's been waiting for you all day and only took 2 good rips to achieve). cutting back reminded me why i like to get high in the first place

I'm on the same page. One One-Hitter every other night(sometimes every night but whose counting? ) And I can appreciate it, get high, and function perfectly well sober during the day when I have shit to do
Unless it's a holiday that is. Then I am smoking of course.
I believe the one hitter is the way of the future.

Actually I'm on the same page as verk I have your standard metal bat. I'm about to make the end all 1 hitter thread just to show my love and affection for it.
Super easy to clean after each use(fresher taste, less "risk" for being paraphenalia), won't break ever(it's metal), mildly stealthy(kinda looks like a cigarette), cheap so it's no big deal to lose, small, easy to put into a water bottle for a nice disposable steam roller or bong session. Omg one hitter love.
Joints for drives/walks(cuz you can eat them if shit hits the fan), one hitters for home use.

I like using my one hitter while driving cause then people just think I'm lighting a cigarette if I cover it like one with my other hand while I light it(unless they saw the glass ).

Well...here's my unpopular response...
I love weed as well. But for me it's not just "recreational". I have bipolar disorder and weed is the best ever "mood stabilizer". My state will not allow "medical marijuana" which is a shame.
Both my psychiatrist and my Therapist know I smoke and never say anything negative about it.
That having been said, and yes I will say it: TOLERANCE SUCKS!
If I don't smoke every evening, I cannot relax and feel less tense/worried/obsessed, etc.
I only smoke at night and never drive while high. Yet, I am the one with the high tolerance--IT SUCKS AND IT'S NOT FAIR!

if it sucks that much and isn't fair then i think you could calm yourself and relax by yourself. Start feelin antsy get up and breathe. maybe stretch.
but sure go ahead and take a hit. just see how small an amount of weed you need to smoke in order to relax.
meh... not meant to get extremely stoned every day ya know

Slowdiver,
I'm glad that you have God's green herb to help you. I used to be on several Rx meds until I learned that they're absolutely unnecessary. All we need is proper knowledge of herbs, especially this one.
Sorry about the tolerance factor.

I agree. I have these random drug tests at work so couldn't smoke for a while until my friend told me about a detox that cleanse you out in an hour. Once I got my hands on that I am now able to enjoy my herbs in moderation. YAY
Oh the product is Re-New body cleanse. I found it on Ebay.
