The term "Christ" is derived from the Greek Christos, which is in turn derived from the sanskrit Krsna.

A son may call his father "Father", but the father also has a specific name. Similarly, God is the general name of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, whose specific name is Krishna. Therefore whether you call God "Christ", "Krsta", or "Krishna", ultimately you are addressing the same Supreme Personality of Godhead.

its the long and boring 4 hour video of two guys who really don't care what they are talking about but act like they do, or the other way around.

either way, I'd rather read the book than listen to those two clowns.

Yeah it seems like they prepared jackshit.. or they were tripping whilst filming. Its the only other explanation!

Oh and try getting a 'Christian' to read a book that isnt the bible.

Nothing better to do at work right now, so I'm downloading it in pieces. I'm watching the first part, and am currently annoyed by one of the guys' pronunciation of the word "origin." Hopefully I'll learn something new, because I've studied the origins of religion and knowledge ad nauseum.

I watched the entire video, and it piqued my interest. I'll be getting this book.

What stood out most to me was the whole bit with the sun floundering (being "dead") for a three-day period, after which (on December 25th) it begins moving toward the north (it is "born"). Anyone know of any info to confirm or discredit that?
