Cancer. Love to read about it here and there, but don't put a ton of stock in it.
I do find it compelling, though, that most of what is written about Cancer's is true of myself. Except that we are penny pinchers. I spend like a mutha-fucka.
And I've had many a Virgo in my life, and not one wasn't a complete OCD freak, including my husband.

I'm a Leo w/ Aries rising, and I am a believer in astrology. Leo get on famous with Sag., 2 of my ex wives are sag. My mom was leo, my dads a pisces, and hes true blue pisces...

..and I love it!! I am surrounded by aries(2), one cancer (Loveofmylife/gets on my nrvs MOST!!) and a Leo. Those are the closest signs to me, we all naturally lock horns ever so often but, we can't leave each other alone either!!

But what's the difference between casually made-up advice, and deeper, more thoroughly made-up advice based on numerous charts, diagrams and dubious psychoanalysis?

The only truth in astrology is what its adherents think is there, same as numerology or any other patterns-in-chaos belief system. I guess that's fine if it happens to work for you, but it's all your own mind.

let's say a person believes in numerology. working with the numbers he see many coincidences which he considers important. . . enough so that he now uses numbers to help him make decisions. he feels the decisions he makes this way have a better chance of turning out well for him, and that has actually turned out to be the case.

a friend who thinks numerology is bunk might think his methods are a little crazy, but would he be able to deny the effects his friend's belief in numerology has had on his life? while his friend's method is not objectively verifiable, the effects his method has produced in his life ARE objectively verifiable.

so in conclusion astrology, numerology, and other sorts of divination can be as real or fake as anyone wants to believe, but the way they can affect one's life is as real for the staunchest believer as it is for the most skeptical critic. the experience is a matter of belief, and both have a set of beliefs which begin in their mind.
