Guided Meditations......

Beliefnet: Buddhist Meditations, Guided Buddhist Meditations - Beliefnet.com

I know you all might know that I like beliefnet.com for its Belief-o-matic quiz for talking points, but I also really care for this sight as its an informational place, where there are conversations as intro or as deep as you'd like.

What I'd like to share today is some guided meditations for various considerations.

If you choose to listen I hope they bring you alittle peace in your day, and if your cup is full, may it fill it again.

Love you all,
SageTree

E-sangha, Buddhist Forum and Buddhism Forum (Powered by Invision Power Board)

Sage, have you ever checked out E-Sanga? It's a pretty cool Buddhist board.

Thanks Rev, I have an account there now. It's great because there isn't a plether of Buddhist Centres up here this far, now I'm set for learning more.

Namaste

I like these because if you find one you like it's like having a timer. I use ragas sometimes as well, but sometimes the sitar gets pretty far out.
